SCULPTURAL CLOCK IN FLORAL DESIGN, 2nd half 19th century, handcrafted and fire-gilt sheet metal ornamentation in the form of an arrangement of varying flowers and plants, variously decorated with cultured pearls in white or black and nuances in grey next to cut lenses and spheres of semi-precious stones including tiger's eye, citrine and lapis lazuli, mounted on an oval softwood base with glass dome. Movement driven by a spring-wound movement with roller escapement and short pendulum in front. H (clock): 22 cm. In fine condition, functional in the short test, small repair to one leg of the stand on the back.
