In October 2022, an outstanding collection of whiskey bottles came up for bid. Auctioned were about 130 bottles of Scotch whiskey collected for 30 years with a great sense of special bottlings.

Auction Wine Collection Part I - March 19, 2022
In March 2022, the Eppli auction house auctioned off the first part of an extensive wine collection of a South German gastronome couple. The top-class wine collection comprises more than 3,000 bottles, which have been collected internationally since the 1980s. The wine collection focused on French red wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy. Among other things, numerous top vintages of the renowned wineries Mouton Rothschild and Romanée Conti were in the verstigerten wine collection. The wine collection was garnished with an extensive selection of remarkable vintages of various champagne brands.
The wine collection was kept at an optimal temperature in an in-house alarm-protected cold room and stored until delivery.
Auction wine collection part II - 29 October 2022
In March, the Eppli auction house already successfully auctioned off the first part of an extensive wine collection of around 3,000 bottles of a South German gastronome couple who had been collecting top-class wines since the 1980s. Countries such as Italy, Spain and Germany are of course represented, with a particular focus on French red wines from Burgundy and Bordeaux. The second part of this collection is now to be auctioned in October. Look forward to 350 more positions/lots of fine red and white wines, including 50 positions/lots of magnum bottles.

In December 2019, we auctioned off a collection of whisky that we had amassed over the years as part of our monthly art auction as a special division. The special feature of this auction was that all lots were auctioned without limit. We ourselves were surprised by the rush of numerous whisky collectors. The large auction room of our auction hall was completely filled and online as well as by telephone were additionally numerous international collectors. Some bottles achieved remarkable hammer prices.
Miss Doris - Moulin Rouge

In October 2018, a collection from the estate of the former choreographer "Miss Doris" of the legendary Moulin Rouge in Paris came up for auction at the auction hall. The extensive collection included 617 items in the categories of jewelry, dance dresses, dance jewelry and decorations, art & posters, and much more. In the run-up to the auction, a pre-event was held at the Friedrichsbau Varieté to promote the auction, with numerous show acts, interviews and the presentation of selected exhibits from the collection. The auction attracted international visitors and bidders and was a sensational success for our house.

Dissolution of a sensational collection
In December 2016 and January 2017, we sold a Hermès bag collection belonging to a South German entrepreneur in two auctions that attracted worldwide attention. The collection comprised a total of 61 exhibits in perfect and often mint condition. The collection was elaborately presented by our Fashion Department in advance and exhibited on site. The two auctions took place in our house in the Königsbau in the heart of Stuttgart and attracted numerous collectors and interested parties. The media hype was huge and the auction a great success.
