MEISSEN monumental magnificent vase, 1860-1924, Body in a bulbous baluster shape, side handles, all around in relief with richly gilded roses, rocailles, volutes and floral ornaments, on the front side two reserves with floral bouquet paintings cut out from the relief, screwed onto a base with 4 feet, on the bottom the sword mark with knobs, the base is also all around in relief and has 2 smaller cartouches with floral decorations. There are tension cracks on the base, in the middle field and on three of the four feet, in need of restoration, damaged, H base 21.5 cm, H vase 46, total height 67.5 cm.
