Antique gold bracelet with padlock set with emerald and old-mine-cut diamonds totalling approx. 0.40 ct, 18k gold, padlock enamelled blue on the reverse, 49.3 g, l: approx. 19.5 cm, approx. 1840-1860, very good condition for its age. Massive bracelet of the late Biedermeier period as a sign of growing prosperity - opulent quality with luxurious padlock clasp in jeweller's quality. Enclosed hand written sales receipt (1996).
