Standing female sculpture made of wood. NIGERIA. Austere female figure with vertically drawn decorative scars across the face and body and a crested hairstyle. Around the neck the figure wears neck rings made of plant fibers with small beads and amulets. Dark smoke and handle patina, h: 49,5 cm. Broken out spot at the back of the base.
