KARLSRUHE MAJOLICA 'Goat Rider', 20th century, Designed by Wilhelm Süss (1861-1933). Faience, eggshell-colored glaze, polychrome painting. A putto rides a goat on an oval base. Baskets with a woven pattern on the sides. The base features sculptural and relief plant elements, including flower garlands. Pressed model number 1003 and company stamp, partially crackled, very good condition, height 33.5 cm.
