IWC vintage men's watch ca. 1945.

IWC Vintage men's wristwatch approx. 1945. 18K yellow gold, case no.: 1113815. Mechanical manually wound movement cal. 83 with good working order (+6 sec., 298° amplitude). Heavily patinated gold-colored dial with baton indices and small second hand at 6 o'clock. New black leather strap with gold-plated pin buckle. Used condition, signs of wear on the case, crown no longer original, case back with signs of improper opening. Diameter approximately 36 mm measured without crown.
