Filigree medallion brooch with half pearl mounted in 14K red gold, 13.3 gr, ca. 4.5.x3.5 cm, open work hand carved, 2nd half 19th century, reverse with some patina, otherwise very good condition conisistent with age. Glass lid at the reverse missing.
