Blued hands. Crown with a blue sapphire cabochon. New leather strap with a gold-plated Cartier pin buckle. Used, with visible signs of wear on the case and clasp. Rubbing of the gold plating in some places. Original box included. Diameter approx. 21 mm (measured without crown).
