Brooch 'Blossom twig', set with 13 round faceted sapphires, ap. 4 and 2.5 mm, 3 brilliant cut diamonds, ap. 0.12 ct, 18 single cut diamonds, ap. 0.36 ct, good colour and clarity, 18K white gold, 8.6 g, L x W: 57 x 20 mm, 2nd half of 20th century, minimal signs of wear.
