VACHERON & CONSTANTIN very rare and large 'Cioccolatone' Men's watch, ref. 6440 Q. Approx. 1960s. Yellow gold 18K, case number 421791. Automatic movement cal. K1072/1, working, service recommended. Golden colored dial with date display and applied baton indices and Maltese cross, Dauphine hands. Original detachable Vacheron Constantin bracelet in yellow gold 18K, clasp with Maltese cross. Visible signs of wear on case and bracelet, crystal with light scratches and small chips on the edge. Diameter approx. 35mm without crown, suitable for approx. 20cm wrist size.
