ROLEX rare antique 'Prince Chronometer' Doctor's watch, ref. 3937. Approx. 1938. Stainless steel/gold cap, serial number 60621. Rolex Chronometer manual wound rectangular movement with Breguet hairspring, swan-neck fine-adjustment, gold geartrain and 16 jewels, working. Cream white colored dial with baton indices and applied roman numerals, baton hands. New leather strap with original Rolex pin buckle in stainless steel. Good condition, visible signs of wear on case and buckle. Diameter approx. 22mm without crown.
