KÄTHE KRUSE girl, 1st half/mid 20th century, pencil drawings on soles. Painted crank head with red-brown human hair wig and circular neck bib. Light brown eyes with points of light, red nose points and round mouth. Slender fabric body with loosely attached arms with elbow seams and stitched wrist insides as well as stitched fingers and toes. Legs attached with disk joints with a longitudinal seam, old clothing. Traces of age, head rest. or supplemented, seam partially re-sewn, h. approx. 50 cm.
