ALPINA GRUEN very rare vintage “Doctor's Watch” with jumping hours. Approx. 1940s. 14K yellow gold. Hand-wound movement Cal. 877S (identical to Rolex Cal. 300) with additional jumping hour, fully functional, serviced in December 2025 (best possible, given the age of the watch and limited availability of replacement parts). Cream-colored dial with off-center minute display, running seconds at 6 o'clock and jumping hour at 12 o'clock, blued hands. New black leather strap with gold-plated pin buckle. Good condition, visible signs of wear on the case, dial with patina and slight paint defects. Diameter approx. 22.5 mm measured without crown.
