JAEGER-LeCOULTRE exquisite and rare vintage Duoplan “Rubies.” Approx. 1940s. 18K yellow gold/rose gold, case signed “EJ” (Edmond Jaeger) and French gold hallmarks for 18K, case set with a total of 12 synthetic rubies at 12 and 6 o'clock. Hand-wound movement, functional (accuracy: +9s/day, 220° amplitude). Black dial with gold hour markers and Arabic numerals, signed “Jaeger-LeCoultre” and “Duoplan,” gold sword hands: Original leather strap with 18K yellow gold hardware, also signed “EJ” (Edmond Jaeger) and French gold hallmarks for 18K. Good condition, visible signs of wear on case and strap, 1 ruby at 12 o'clock chipped. Original box included. Diameter approx. 11 mm, suitable for approx. 16 cm wrist circumference.
