Description
MEISSEN 2 pieces of cutlery, circa 1735. Fork and knife with pistol-shaped porcelain handles, the fork prongs are made of gold-plated silver, the knife blade is made of gold-plated steel, the handles are decorated with flowers and insects, length approx. 21-22 cm. Restored, rubbed, signs of age and use, see Bernd Scheel “Bestecke”, Augsburg 1996, p. 80.
