Group of figurines, 19th/20th century. Gallant scene on an oval landscape plinth, a young woman wearing a wreath of flowers seated on a rock plinth, to her right a kneeling suitor, to her left a standing man wearing a tricorn hat, frock coat, sword and scroll, partially decorated with applied flowers, rich colours, marked on the plinth ‘A.Godard’, crowned CT mark (probably added later), missing section (flowers? on raised hand), repaired firing crack on the plinth, signs of age, H 24.5 cm.
