From 1995.18K yellow gold, bezel aftermarket set with 110 brilliant-cut diamonds, crown with blue sapphire cabochon, serial number 2587. Hand-wound movement cal. 78-1 with very good accuracy (+4s/day, 289° amplitude). White lacquered dial with Roman numerals and railway minute track, blued sword hands. New leather strap with original Cartier folding clasp in 18K yellow gold. Good condition with visible signs of wear on the case and clasp. Original warranty card included, purchased in 12/1975. Diameter approx. 20.5mm measured without crown, suitable for approx. 17cm wrist size.
