Hand-wound movement Cal. 78-1 with very good performance (+4 s/d. 321° amplitude). Rare white Paris dial (slight craquelure) with Roman numerals and railway minute track. Blued hands. Crown with blue sapphire cabochon. New leather wristband with the original Cartier folding clasp in 18K yellow gold. Good condition with signs of wear. Diameter approx. 24 mm (measured without crown). Suitable for wrist sizes up to approx. 28 cm.
