Brooch with 2 fantasy-cut diamonds 'horse-head' totalling ca. 1.8 ct, further 24 brilliant-cut diamonds totallling ca. 2.4 ct and 26 trapeze-cut diamonds totalling ca. 1.3 ct, ca. RW (F-G)/VVS-VS and 12 round faceted sapphires (partly chipped), 18K white gold, partially 14K, 13.1 g, D: 3.5 cm, 2nd half of 20th century, minor signs of wear, elaborately handcrafted.
