MANFREDI necklace with sapphire, citrine and 2 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling approx. 0.10 ct, RW-STW (G-J)/VS, sapphire approx. 0.50 ct, faceted pear cut, approx. 6 x 4 mm, citrine cabochon in pear cut approx. 13 x 11 mm, 18K yellow gold, 79.2 g, L: approx. 41 cm, W: approx. 6.3 - 15.1 mm, around 1980, minimal signs of wear, with Italian hallmarks and signed 'MANFREDI'.
