Silk embroidery textile, CHINA, probably 19th c., originally probably part of a dragon robe. Two counterparts joined by a lace border in a rectangular cutout each with decoration in applied gold threads of a dragon hunting for the flame pearl accompanied by a lion dog and a phoenix, ca. 66x47 cm (86x65 cm in interchangeable frame) age damage to the silk fabric.
