BLACK FOREST FLUTE CLOCK WITH FIGURE AUTOMATON, mid- /end- 19th century, rectangular clock face with gable top and historical painting on iron plate, solid fruitwood or hardwood case, softwood dial with walnut veneer, brass gear train on wooden plate with bell strike, music mechanism with pinned wooden cylinder and eight melodies, four carved soldier figures on the front with rotating and arm movements when the music mechanism is activated. Dimensions: 82/51/31 cm. Signs of age and wear, partially restored, functional in a short test.
