First Perpetual Calendar by Patek Philippe that features both Breguet numerals and Breguet hands. Original Patek Philippe leather strap with folding clasp in platinum 950. Good condition with signs of wear on case and strap, caseback with scratches, hands for weekday and month with light patina, dial replace in 1998 according Extract document.
