Automatic movement cal. 240 Q in good working order (+13s/day, 280° amplitude). Silver colored sigma dial with applied Breguet numerals in white gold and railroad minute track, perpetual calendar with display of weekday, pointer date, month, leap year, 24 hours and moonphase, Breguet hands in white gold. First Perpetual Calendar by Patek Philippe that features both Breguet numerals and Breguet hands. Original Patek Philippe leather strap with folding clasp in platinum 950. Good condition with signs of wear on case and strap, caseback with scratches, hands for weekday and month with light patina, dial replace in 1998 according Extract document. Original Patek Philippe travel case and Extract from the Archives from 07/2025 enclosed. Diameter approx. 35mm measured without crown.
