MEISSEN gardener figure, 1st choice, 2nd half 19th cent. White porcelain, colourfully painted, a gardener standing on a meander-decorated circular base leaning against a tree stump, leaning on a spade and a watering can, holding a bouquet of flowers in his right hand, designed by Michel Victor Acier, model no. C. 69, incised no., impressed no., painter's mark, swords mark, h. approx. 19 cm. Minor chips, the waistcoat with minimal losses, the tips of the leaves with losses, restoration to the jug handle.
