Famille Rose-style candlestick and vase. CHINA, 19th and 20th centuries. 1.) This slender porcelain vase from the Canton region is painted with figurative court scenes. It features European-style bronze mounts at the top and bottom. The floral finial, in the form of sculpted blossoms and leaves, serves as a candle holder; a bronze base sits at the bottom.
