Antique jewellery set with lava cameos (so-called Vesuvius lava), consisting of brooch and earrings, 14K gold, brooch approx. 5 cm long, probably Italy around 1860-1880, good condition according to age, incl. original case. Extremely fine and detailed engraving of a lady in a lateral half-portrait.
