Bauchige Form mit engem Hals und weit ausladendem Mündungsrand. Gestaltet in den drei dominirenden Farben des traditionellen Imari-Porzellans: Eisenrot und Blau auf weissem Grund. Die phanasievolle, teils durch die Verwendung von Gold akzentuierte Bemalung zeigt sowohl Blumenmuster und Paradiesvögel als auch Brokatmuster mit figürlichen Kartuschen, H: 74 cm. Normale Alters- und Gebrauchsspuren.

Elegant Imari bottom vase. JAPAN, 20th c. Bellied form with a narrow neck and a wide rim. Designed in the three dominant colors of traditional Imari porcelain: Iron red and blue on a white ground. The imaginative painting, partly accentuated by the use of gold, shows floral patterns and birds of paradise as well as brocade patterns with figural cartouches, h: 74 cm. Normal signs of age and use.
