Description
Meissen, service for 4 persons “Indisch Grün”. 20th century.
First and second quality. Porcelain, white, glazed. Gold decoration. “Indisch Grün” pattern. Fine hand-painted decoration with polychrome green enamel accents and gilded highlights. Gold rim. 4 soup cups with two handles and matching saucers, diameter: 12 cm. 4 dinner plates, diameter: 25 cm. 4 side plates with shaped rim, diameter: 20 cm. 4 bread plates, diameter: 18 cm. Underglaze blue crossed swords mark. Various impressed and painter’s numbers. Some pieces with two grinding marks (second quality). Condition: Very good. No chips or damages. Gold rim very well preserved.
