MEISSEN 2 pieces of cutlery “Korean Lion”, circa 1740. Fork and knife with pistol-shaped porcelain handles, the fork prongs are made of gold-plated silver, the knife blade is made of gold-plated steel, the handles are decorated with a flying Korean lion, a heron, plants and a beetle, length approx. 20 cm. Restored, rubbed, signs of age and use, see “Deutsches Klingenmuseum Solingen”, Cologne 1997, p. 77.
