Ingo Maurer (1932–2019), floor lamp “Ilios”
Designed 1983. Manufactured by Ingo Maurer GmbH, Germany. Delicate, minimalist light sculpture. The construction consists of two extremely thin metal rods, between which an opal glass sphere serves as a diffuser, with a circular reflector mounted. The lamp rests on a square, solid metal base. “Ilios” is distinguished by its lightness and the poetic presentation of halogen light. H: 190 cm. In good original condition.
