Rose gold 18K, bezel factory set with 53 brilliant-cut diamonds, crown with 1 brilliant-cut diamond, rehaut with mit 64 diamonds, see-through caseback. Automatic movement cal. 537/3 in very good working order (+5s/day, 306° amplitude). Tahitian mother of pearl dial with printed Breguet numerals, one pear-cut diamond above 6 o'clock, dial for time display made from guilloched mother of pearl, blued Breguet hands. New crocodile leather strap with original folding clasp in rose gold 18K, clasp with skeletonized 'B', Clous-de-Paris pattern and 25 brilliant-cut diamonds. Good condition, visible signs of wear on case and clasp. Purchase invoice enclosed, purchase 06/2018 at Von Hofen in Stuttgart. Diameter approx. 29mm measured without crown.
