Das dunkelblaue Mittelfeld ist aufsteigend gemustert mit einem ausladenden Vasenmotiv, das von zwei Lebensbäumen flankiert wird. im Zentrum befindet sich in einer herabhängenden Moscheeampel eine Landschaftskartusche. Von oben formieren zwei Phönixe aus Zweige zu einem Herz. Die rostbraune Hauptbordüre zeigt ein Band aus Palmetten, Lanzettblätter und Floralrankwerk.
