OMEGA antique 18k savonette pocket watch approx. 1917. 18K yellow gold with gold dust cover. Lid with enamelled unengraved cartouche. Case no. 5884566. Manual wind movement, cal. 12 with Côtes de Genève, in working order. Enamelled white dial with Arabic numerals and small seconds. Very good condition, only minimal signs of wear. Diameter approx. 48.2 mm.
