Magnificent pendant with round faceted sapphire ca. 3 ct, vivid blue colour and old-european-cut diamonds totalling ca. 8.7 ct, of which 2 large stones totalling ca. 2.4 ct, ca. WHITE-STW (H-I)/VS-SI, 6 stones totalling ca. 3 ct, ca. WHITE-TIW (H-K)/VS-I1 and small stones totalling ca. 3.3 ct, medium to good colour and clarity, some with small nicks and chips, 14K yellow gold, face side platinum, 21.4 g, 4.6x3.8 cm, mariage 19th/20th century, distinct signs of work at the reverse, otherwise solid workmanship with minor signs of wear.
