Necklace with a fine blue topaz of ca. 30.61ct, centrical positioned in a curved setting, set with 8 heart-cut diamonds, totalling ca. 0.90ct RW-WHITE (G-H)/VS-PI and 1 heart-cut diamond of ca. 1.5 ct, ca. WHITE (H)/VS and 290 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling ca. 4.02ct RW-WHITE (H)/SI on a curb chain YG 18K, 66.8g, L: 37cm, late 20th century, good condition. Handmade.
