WHITE (H)/SI-P2 around cultured pearl 6 mm, set in removable rosette, fine lattice decorated with rose-cut diamonds, 14K yellow gold, face side platinum, 8.1 g, 5x1.5 cm, 1st half of 20th century, very good condition, nice craftsmanship.
