In general, all art and valuables that are in good condition can be sold in an auction including paintings, sculptures, European and non-European art, porcelain, silver, oriental rugs, musical instruments as well as vintage fashion and accessories from renowned designers. Buying and selling gold, coins and jewelry is part of the core of our business. We can also evaluate properties and cars.
Anyone can participate in our auctions, provided they are legally allowed to purchase and conduct business affairs according to German law (BGB).
All bids are legally binding once submitted and cannot be withdrawn.

The art and valuables we sell in our auctions are normally second-hand items. In some cases, however, we auction items from insolvency proceedings or similar consignments that include new items.
The items in our online shop are also mostly second-hand.
Once you’ve filled your online shopping cart with the items of your choice and proceeded to check out, you will receive a preliminary confirmation of the sale. Once we have confirmed the availability of the items in question, you will receive an invoice that must be paid by bank transfer. This invoice will include any relevant shipping costs. It is also possible to come directly to one of our stores to pay and collect your items.
Please note that the listed price includes our buyer’s premium. This means that all the prices you see on our website and in our catalogs are the final prices!
Our goal is to make your participation in our auctions and your shopping experience in our online shop as clear and simple as possible. This is our way of improving our customer service and ensuring clarity for our customers.
If your bid is the winning bid, you can collect your purchased item after paying or have it shipped to you.
As our assortment consists of one-of-a-kind pieces, it is not possible to establish standard flat rate shipping prices. The calculation of the shipping costs depends on the value of the item, the insurance, the specifics of the item (size, weight, condition, etc.) and the shipping destination.

You can also have your purchased items picked up and transported from a shipping company of your choosing. In this case, we are happy to package your items and prepare them for transport.
Please be aware that all purchased items must be collected in a timely manner to avoid being charged storage and processing fees, as well as taxes and insurance costs.
In our stores we accept all standard payment methods.
Purchases made in our online shop must be paid in advance by bank transfer. This payment model is the simplest way of avoiding problems for you and for us!
Please note that items will only be shipped once payment has been received.
